Create your account with name, email, phone, and a password. If someone referred you, their handle is automatically captured as your sponsor — locking in their referral credit.

Explore our six healthshare partners — NetWell, Altrua, Redirect Health, Universal HealthShare, Sedera, and JHS. Filter by state, price, and coverage level.
Enroll Through CoShared
Select your plan and household type. CoShared records your enrollment with broker Dr. Terry Silkman's attribution, then hands you off to the partner to complete onboarding.
Share Your Unique Link
Every member gets a personal invite link. Share it on social media, via text, or anywhere. When someone signs up through your link, they become your Level 1 referral.
Earn Points & Get Paid
When anyone in your 3-level network enrolls, you earn points based on their monthly premium: 5% for Level 1, 2% for Level 2, 1% for Level 3. 100 points = $1. Cash out via PayPal or Venmo.
Earnings Example
Assume a $300/mo enrollment on a partner with an 18% commission. CoShared shares 8 percentage points back — 5% / 2% / 1% across three levels:
