CoShared Terms & Conditions


1. Overview of CoShared’s Services

CoShared is a registered health insurance broker that works exclusively with HealthShare companies. Our primary role is to refer new members to various HealthShare networks and, in return, we receive a commission. A majority of this commission is shared with our members who refer others to join the network.



CoShared operates as an affiliate network, allowing members to earn commissions based on a tiered referral system. There is no cost to join CoShared.



2. Affiliate Commission Structure

CoShared provides commission payouts to members based on a three-level referral system. The commission percentage shared with members depends on the agreement CoShared holds with each HealthShare company. Since each company offers varying rates, our payouts to affiliates will vary.
We are committed to sharing the majority of our commissions with members, and as we grow, we will work to negotiate higher commission rates with HealthShare companies. This benefits all members through potentially increased payouts.



3. Payment of Commissions

CoShared distributes commission payments to affiliates on a monthly basis. Payments are currently processed via Venmo or PayPal. However, these payment methods may change at CoShared’s discretion.



Payment Conditions:

If Venmo or PayPal no longer processes transactions for CoShared, we will seek an alternative payment provider. There may be a delay of up to one month during any transition period to a new payment platform.
Payments are subject to applicable laws and tax regulations, which members are responsible for managing on their end.


4. Membership Requirements

Membership with CoShared is free of charge. Members must provide accurate personal and payment information to receive commissions.
CoShared reserves the right to verify referrals and withhold commissions if any fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.


5. Taxes and Legal Compliance

Members are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings through CoShared. CoShared will comply with all relevant legal obligations regarding payment reporting.



6. Changes to Terms and Commission Rates

Commission percentages, payout structures, and payment methods may change as we adjust to new partnerships and business conditions. CoShared will make a reasonable effort to notify members of any major changes through email or platform announcements.



7. Termination

CoShared reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member’s participation for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent behavior. Members may also choose to leave the platform at any time.



8. Limitation of Liability

CoShared is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any payment delays due to third-party payment providers.



9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
